The students of Tabs Theatre Co were fantastic in their end of year productions. Taking to the stage of Smock Alley Theatre in Temple Bar, they showcased themselves wonderfully and made all their parents and teachers proud.

We're looking forward to seeing them top their performances at the coming Christmas Gala Concert not to mention next years big shows.

Shaking Up Bublin & Imaginosity Children's Museum

Tabs Theatre Co was delighted to bring their production of "Shaking Up Bublin" to the stage of Imaginosity, The Dublin Childrens Museum during their Schools Week. The show played to two audiences of 7-11 year olds who were more than willing to join in and share their opinion and their votes during the riotous campaign speech scene. The production was very well received by the schools and the museum and we look forward to returning with our next production.

Double Bill

Why go to see one new play when you can see two for the price of one! Tabs Theatre Productions brought two contrasting new one-act plays to the stage in November 2008. "Epoch" was a poignant look at the bond that forms between two women in a prison. With very little in common but time they find a way to communicate on a level more honest and more brutal than with any other person in their lives. "Three Sides" was a witty comedy which highlights the differences between what we tell our friends, what we tell our partners and what we tell ourselves. Somewhere in between lies the truth!

The double bill opened in Theatre@36, The Teachers Club, Parnell Square and ran from October 24th to November 1st 2008. Both plays were very well received by audiences.

Bloody Actors!

Tabs Theatre Co was excited to be the first to produce this new play. The play takes an ironic look at the trials and tribulations of the modern actor! It was a funny, sad and uplifting look at those who choose this career which is beset by uncertainty and yet is truly rewarding.

The show opened in Theatre@36, The Teachers Club, Parnell Square and ran from April 1st - 5th 2008. Audiences once again loved the energy and enthusiasm the talented Tabs Theatre Production Players brought to this hilarious new comedy.

Fast Times
